Description of the path
The Workflow 4.0: Supply Chain Fundamentals path consists of 3 courses:
- Smart working and technologies enabling digitization in operational processes
- Document management systems and digitization of workflows
- Supply chain certification and automatic process verification and accountability
This path aims to:
- increase awareness of supply chain complexities and certification challenges to help young individuals grasp the intricacies of correlation-based operations, emphasizing the role and impact of automation;
- promote understanding of advanced digital tools and automation by demystifying common misconceptions and highlighting the importance and benefits of technologies like Document Management Systems (DMS) in organizing and managing data effectively;
- deepen knowledge in modern management principles and digital workflows and addressing the apprehensions towards digitized workflows and their significance in the job market;
- enhance skills in data protection and security by educating about EU data protection standards and the technical aspects of data security, aiming to foster critical thinking about data handling practices;
- build a foundation for understanding and implementing new technologies in the workplace, encouraging practical application and easing the transition for young people to understand their roles and responsibilities in technology-driven environments;
- foster an appreciation for smart working concepts to encourage adoption of flexible working hours and remote work opportunities, helping young individuals to realize their potential in a changing work landscape;
After completing this path, participants will:

- gain an in-depth understanding of digital Document Management Systems (DMS), increasing their efficiency in data management;

All courses can be taken:
