Description of the path
The First and foremost: DATA path consists of 3 courses:
- Data protection and privacy in digital services. European data protection rules.
- Business data evaluation and big data management.
- Managing, integrating and analyzing data inside and between organizations.
This path aims to:
- Promote understanding of the most relevant regulations concerning the use of data in Europe.
- Increase awareness of data protection and privacy in companies with good practices.
- Deepen/increase knowledge in the fundamentals of Big Data and data management.
- Enable practical applications of Big Data analytics.
- Facilitate hands-on exprience with advanced data analysis and visualisation.
- Encourage to do good cybersecurity practices business-to-business data exchange.
After completing this path, participants will:
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the main European data regulations.
- Acquire proficiency in the fundamentals of Big Data and data management.
- Develop practical skills in data analysis and visualisation.
- Cultivate a more profound personal interest in Cibersecurity applied to data exchange between organizations.
- Enhance career prospects by specialization in business decision making based on the exploitation of large volumes of data.
All courses can be taken:
- individually by students, employees, future entrepreneurs who want to develop businesses, unemployed youth who want to be entrepreneurs, and civil servants.
- or under the supervision of academic lecturers, training experts, and other stakeholders as part of the class or training program.
